This is my Season.

"I know that there is nothing better for [me] than to rejoice and to do good in [my] lifetime; moreover that every man who eats and drinks sees good in all his labor-- it is the gift of God."

God is Merciful!

Lamentations 3:37-38
Who has spoken and it came to pass, unless the Lord has commanded it? Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that good and bad come?

Today while homeschooling, I heard a disturbing crash in the room where Molly and Eli play. I went running to find the dresser drawers have fallen over on top of Molly and Eli crawling out from under it. My heart stopped but then realized that God had saved a tragedy from happening in the room. The dresser had landed up against the closet wall (look at the picture... only the small corner is holding it up!). Praise GOD!!! I know that could have been devastating to both my children had it fallen completely to the ground.

My husband will be going to the local hardware store and picking up safety locks for all our furniture and bubble wrap for the kids!!

Cathy,

The exact same thing happened with Cassidy when she was 2 1/2. I told her to go get her jammies and she used the bottom drawers as a ladder and then the whole dresser came crashing down on her, but the corner of it hit the side of the bed and stopped it from completely crushing her. I don't think I stopped shaking for an hour!
Thank God Molly and Eli were not hurt!

I'm glad they were not hurt...seriously, kiss them for Auntie Coco.
