This is my Season.

"I know that there is nothing better for [me] than to rejoice and to do good in [my] lifetime; moreover that every man who eats and drinks sees good in all his labor-- it is the gift of God."

Ecclesiastes 3:12-13

Crazy??

I'm a glutton for "crazy". I was put on the crazy list when I kept getting pregnant year after year after year... after year ( I believe that covers them all).
Now I am taking all 4 kids...really they still qualify as babies... on a 16 hour road trip to my sister's in Oregon.
Yea that's right 16 hours, 4 babies, 6 coloring books, 1 roll of duct tape, 10 boxes of "keep the peace" snacks, and 2 cases of Red Bull for me!

Stay tuned for "Stories from the Road" as I'm sure there will be little delicacies along the way. But for now.... any suggestions?? (Besides "what are you thinking?")

Dimeatapp! Or whiskey, and ear plugs, and barf bags, and empty bottles for when you can't find a pee pee stop, and beef jerky to keep 'em quiet for awhile, and magazines for the "who can find it first?" game that we like to play on road trips, and of course a video camera to capture the point when you run out of ideas and things go horribly wrong...because I need to see it and have a good laugh! Good luck and God speed!!!

Oh, and remember to restock before you leave for home again. :)

Since when was "thinking" a requirement for this job? I think Kadi has pretty much covered it.

I'm worried...we have not heard from Cath! Did they survive the trip, or did the kids get the best of them?

Thanks for the update, Carrie! If it gets too quiet over there, just get my number from Corinne and call me. You can put us on speaker phone and relive the last few days, without the mess to clean up!
