This is my Season.

"I know that there is nothing better for [me] than to rejoice and to do good in [my] lifetime; moreover that every man who eats and drinks sees good in all his labor-- it is the gift of God."

Ecclesiastes 3:12-13

Yes that's me...

Yes I am THAT mom.....

I am that mom who lets her daughter ride around out front in a pull- up and bed head.

I am that mom who serves eggs, muffins, fruit and a side of whip cream for dinner.

I am that mom who brings the circus to the local supermarket.

I am that mom who holds up the car wash line because I have to empty the trash that has piled up.

I am that mom who hasn't put her 4th child's name in his baby book yet.

I am that mom who let's the kids eat cookie dough.

I am that mom who isn't aware that my son is in the street while I chit chat with my neighbor.

I have added a little button for you to have for FREE for being that mom too. You can use it anyway you want. Here are some suggestions:
1. Add it to those emails you haven't been able to respond to since all the kids have been sick and throwing up.
2. Print it up on a t-shirt and wear it grocery shopping while your kids scream and run up the aisles.
3. Make up little business cards to hand out to those who ask "Are they all yours?" or "WOW where do they get that energy?"
4. Create a bumper sticker with it and put it in place where the "honor kid" would be or right under your stick figure family.
5. Paste it to your cereal boxes so your family will be reminded during dinner who you are.
6. Iron it on to your baby's onesie so everyone who stop you to "ooo" and awe will cut short the advice.
7. Even if you are a grandma now, you can make it into a magnet and add to the fridge to hold all those kid's pictures.

I'm THAT mom who ignores the kids' screaming, hoping they will fix it themselves (they rarely do).

And you're not alone...I'm THAT mom who one night forgot her first born's name! And I am THAT mom who somehow lost track of her baby until she heard her tumbling down a full flight of stairs onto a tile floor!
