This is my Season.

"I know that there is nothing better for [me] than to rejoice and to do good in [my] lifetime; moreover that every man who eats and drinks sees good in all his labor-- it is the gift of God."

Ecclesiastes 3:12-13

Vocabulary

Can you picture this? I'm hosting a beautiful garden themed baby shower. I introduce myself to the mixed crowd and and welcome them to this wonderful occasion to celebrate the birth of my niece. Before I pray for the meal we are about to partake in I instruct them where the "POTTY" is!!
Yes, I used that word! If you aren't sure why this is strange then you must have toddlers in your home!

As a concerned fellow mom, I advise a mom's "time out". Meaning, take off the grubby house clothes, leave the house, and go anywhere not "kid friendly"!! Go...now, if not sooner.

Potty? What's wrong with that...isn't that what it's called? What?!? You mean there is another name for it?!?! :) That's better then saying, "If you have to go poopoo or peepee..."

at least you didn't say, "If you have to go #1 or #2..."
